It began in the night and continued in the early morning.\u00a0 Pink balloons lined main street.\u00a0 Barricades and banners appeared along the waterfront.\u00a0 Trucks, vans, communication equipment and workers filled the Giro start area while official-types buzzed around.\u00a0 The Giro had come to town!\u00a0 It was 5 hours until the official race start.<\/p>\n
